After checking with a fellow manager, it seems my menu bar is different to his.
I have all the same menu tabs apart from Draft, hence I can't find this 'War room'.

Any suggestions?!

The only thing I can think of is that you're not logged in, thats the only way it wouldn't show up

MFN-65 is still in its season - you can see the upcoming draft players under the players menu but until the season rolls over the draft menu doesn't appear.

So we then have 1 week to set the draft?

You have all of early free agency which isn't quite a full week.
