So, I just ran into this.

I thought I was playing it smart, waiting to accept a Trade. SF was picking 3-16. I needed to see who ATL took at 3-15 to see if I was going to Trade Accept or not for the 3-16 Pick.

ATL takes some one else, leaving the Player I want... but now I can't Trade with SF.

We should be able to Accept Trades with Teams 'On The Clock'... how are we supposed to know our Targeted Player doesn't get taken the Pick before? We have no safety net here.

So I would have to Accept the Trade for 3-16 during the Turn of 3-15... and if 3-15 takes the Player I'm targeting, then I'm just screwed. This makes no sense.

We get a LOT of minutes for the Pick to occur... Trades should be able to go through until 0:01 left on the Pick.

That is how it works, it looks like in this case though the trade was withdrawn by SFO before you accepted it.

Ah, well... disregard then. :D

It was bang-bang, so I assumed it happened so fast it had to be the Computer locking it in.

well for future reference if you want to do that just tell the other owner in the league that sent you the trade you want to wait and see what a certain team is going to pick before you go ahead and trade the pick.

there are some owners who will wait awhile others not so much.

I didn't ask, but I think he fell in love with one of the few remaining TEs worth Drafting, who was on my radar as well.

The second his Pick came up I went to Accept, and it was already over. LOL!

So he must have really liked the TE he took, because he could have set the TE up on Auto and waited to see if I Accepted or not, so apparently he liked the TE better than the Offer he had put in.

It's all good, since he Withdrew. I was just worried it was a CPU issue.
