I have a tendency to not put all of my thoughts out there. I apologize as well and accept yours.
I'm never against an upgrade! I think that stuff would be awesome if it was implemented. It sounds like a terrible amount of effort to put into code (perhaps a 2.0 edition). Particularly at the present with all the other issues.
No need to apologize for having an idea. That's how improvements develop.
I should have included that I thought it involved a lot of work for the Admin & that it shouldn't be priority, when we can do it already (with extra effort).
