thing is i always thought that someone if they wanted to sticky posts in a league they could do it themselves but this post by BRYSON10 actually proves that is false and really if people want to have posts stickied they have to pester you (JDB)

that way it would free you (JDB) up from having to sticky posts where you could do other things with the time you have to spend sticking posts for people.
now in case you do decide to only do this where you assign someone i would recommend you assign one of these people do it
