Change is good, games need to evolve.

The big problem for me is that the problems have made things very difficult ( unable to trade, war room display messed up ) given round 2 of the CUST-10 draft is tomorrow and I'll be firmly bored ooops working heavily then.

I'd recommend that where game updates are put in place, any existing draft going on has the draft suspended by at least 1 day - to allow time for resolution of any issues.

We come on here and whinge about this and that and now something is being done, nearly everybody knows this game is a work-in-progress, lets be a bit more constructive with the criticism if we're going that way

+1 this. I haven't gotten to scouting yet since we're still in the offseason.

I'm a little concerned about the drafts that will resume tomorrow.

Hopefully the issues with the war room will be resolved before then.

Not sure where that's coming from Gussie, think people are being as constructive as possible.

Scheduling when updates should be applied is almost an artform in real life, aiming to minimise downtime.

For whatever reason, things have gone wrong today in a manner which is impacting the gameplay quite a bit. It's a one off as far as I'm concerned, previous updates seemed to have gone a lot better. It's to be expected there's more chance of something going wrong as the game expands in terms of complexity.

I've reported things I've seen as have others. I've suggested something sensible, namely "stopping" the game for a day for ironing out issues.

Not sure people have been whining / moaning over this update tbh.

That's definitely the big one for me - at minimum the war room needs to be fixed because of ongoing drafts. It would be nice if trading was also fixed for that.

I think that if there's any possible chance this can't be fixed before the drafts are scheduled to restart then the drafts need to be delayed. If it takes 2, 3 days to fully fix then delay the drafts for that time. Can't see anyone objecting to that.

Just don't want to see this descend into a sledging-fest. There are a lot of updates here and think there maybe some conflicts, I'm sure things will pan out

I don't think anybody would disagree with that decision.

Given the large number of changes in the update, could they be applied gradually in piecemeal fashion?
