Its highly likely that you are quitting as eoling and probably coming back as another account, not hard to do. I doubt that you are quitting as a result of "bullying", I would bet on it being from exposure more than anything else and potential ban. Here's what I view as the main problem, whoever you are, .... you dont take two or three first round picks from one team/owner for one veteran elite player. that is way too obvious and raises a big flag very high, especially when the team/owner you are taking them from has just joined the league and has several indications of being a "dummy" acount, which includes making an intitial huge trade involving first round picks, then nothing, no other personnel moves, no posts/replys to pms, etc. Whats worse, have seen that type of trade happen and the "owner" doesnt even put the player that they traded the first round picks for into their lineup!! Its pretty obvious what is going on, whether you want to label it cheating or not. Here is the trade in question in L35.......

Detroit sends:
2024 Round 1 Selection 26
2025 Round 1
2026 Round 1

Houston sends:
Jeffrey Smith (MLB)

here is the link to the thread about the trade in L35 forum..... https://cust35.myfootballnow.com/forums/thread/1/565?page=1

And since when do you have the right to see a private conversation between two owners knowing that if or if not they have replied?

I would agree with you mardn except for one thing, the trade was enacted by an account that had just joined the league, during early FA period, when there were still a couple of elite MLBs available and both were signed during that period. Secondly, looking at the roster for Detroit, they already have a good, 2 yr old MLB, it wasnt like the position was a high priority need to fill. And, you could say, well, maybe that owner wasnt that aware of the possible better alternatives... yeah, thats possible, but not very likely for someone with more than 2 months exp and several teams.

New game version or not, MLB is still not as high a priority position as CB1, SS1, or WR1, 2, or 3, ito availability of "elite level" players. Granted, other owners have different opinions, but I just won the L35 championship with a roster that I replaced 1/3 of with players out of the FA pool and had gone 7-9 the previous season, I took over the team following the draft. Point is, I think I have a pretty good knowledge of player value and positional importance, good enough to result in a record on 4 current teams total, and not counting the new team in beta87, that is 3 straight LCs in 14, 2 straight in 63 (had to cut several key, elite players due to dead cap this season), and LC last season in 32 and 35, along with the first two LC's in private 75 and an LC in 10. I have been criticized for using a limited playbook, mainly on defense, which is based on play results more than anything else, and will be leveled in the new game version. But, I have never been, nor will be, accused of taking first round picks from lower ranking teams or new players fresh off the wait period without giving equal or better in terms of value.

So, what do you do if you get exposed? Or you think your account may be banned? especially if you spend most of your time playing this game? Well, there are several options that I can think of, especially if you are able to manipulate IP addresses, its not hard, there are several methods which are posted on numerous sites on the subject, and which is most likely the case with someone who uses dupe/dummy accounts for this game. cheers, gdb

Did not mean right to see anyone's private consversation, What I meant was both public messages and posts in the league forum along with sending that owner/account a private message and not getting a reply, or a reply to a trade offer.

Sorry for the confusion on that.

Unless you are a multi who is using the chance to farm inexperienced owners thru another account.

But you stated the owner would not reply to a PM to another owner, so how would you know the owner did not reply unless you are the owner who sent the PM, which would mean you are a multi?

What happens in private should stay in private......unless one has an agenda

LOL, Ive been criticized for limited play calling on defense, but never for being a multi! There are more than a dozen owners on here that will tell you that I have been a help to their gameplay in MFN, which several times I offered w/o being asked, as many thought I would not want to pass on what I had learned and dont bother to pm me or others assuming that we will not help. I had several gms give me their advice and tips when I first started, and strongly support doing the same for others. Am glad to see that a sticky thread has been established to help players learn as much about the game as possible. My only beef on here is with heavily unbalanced trades, and multi accounts. All that goes away with a trade meter that increases the value of picks, especially the most coveted first rounders, and decreases the value of 5 yr + elite players along with positional importance value.

I have no agenda, other than playing the game as well as I can and questioning when I see wrong-doing. I dont view other's private messages unless someone sends me a copy or particular quote, or it is posted publically.

What I post in public, I want everyone to know.
What I post in League, I want everyone in the league to know, but understand it may become public due to popularity
What I post in private is suppose to be between the one I had a conversation with as well as myself.
If the one I have a conversation with betrays the trust I may of had, then I would never trust the player again.

I need to drop this thread. Not my team, not my drama
