Guys, let's be kind and remember that not everyone here is familiar with American football or is a native English speaker. I now know what my posts look like when I use an online translator now haha.

In gus and others defence; lurking in shadows is internationally recognised as dodgy. Although maybe he meant behind the scenes.

Its funny this dude comes on here and makes a 'strange post' and immediately gets **** hurt, THEN tells us that English is not his first language, he rightly gets a pass but has since had nothing of any purpose to say.
Meanwhile @FantasySeer started a thread called 'Ugh' and made some really good points, and did make some slightly negative comments, but accompanied by reasons, everyone then jumped all over him.
After reading back through the thread I kind of understand his frustrations and agree somewhat with his comments. I know I'm not the most popular here, sorry... I have never shied away from what I believe and don't mean to ruffle any feathers, but I have been playing MFN for (I think) about 3 months now and the progress to the game is incredibly slow. This whole time-out issue has gone on way too long and for me its stuff like this that is killing the game.
This IS a free game but I decide to pay for the custom leagues as I find the individual touches that owners add spices up the game a bit. Unfortunately I will not be buying anymore credit until the game irons itself out a bit more.
I appreciate that there is a ton of work to do in this game and understand time constraints, but the game just seems static at the moment. Maybe a change-log could be implemented?

I completely disagree with you on this one. The time-out issue is not going slow for me and my 1 month and a half playing experience.

I would even say that the biggest problems come from jdavid had a little bit rushed the release of fixes (as some have asked him in this forum) without proper time to test and validate it.

The previous version was not so bad, imho. Time management is not a straightforward issue in coaching and you often see NFL coaches going completly wrong on this topic. Most of the critics I see for the previous version comes from time management in the end of segond half which is even more difficult as there is no clear objective of winning the game but optimising the mathematical expectation.
