Time Change (Fall Back)

The MLF league will KEEP the current sim time, and I will be adjusting league settings to maintain the 9 pm Eastern US sim time.

Although the clocks may, MLF sim time will not fall back 1 hour.

We will deny humankind’s urge to control time, muwhahahahahhahahahahhahaha HA.

The MLF league is enjoying another playoff season, with several newcomers hoping to make a run.
In the Bangers Conference, The Georgia Wasps (Bryno) and San Jose Sharks (AI) bring some honey and horrors to the show. In the Mash and Gravy Conference, The Texas Rustlers (loanBlood) are looking to return to their Cup glory days of yore after a 8 year playoff absence.

As usual, the Chicago Beasts (SlipperySlope) and the Beaver Dam Curds (CrazySexyBeast) are the heavy favorites to meet in the Camp Cup, to spite the more difficult road presented in 2031.

We’ve arrived at the MLF 2031 Camp Cup, to be played November 24th before an estimated crowd of 5,206 (25% capacity). It was no surprise with such limited tickets for such an exciting contest between the Chicago Beasts (SlipperySlope) and the Beaver Dam Curds (CrazySexyBeast), prices topped $100,000 US for the event on global auction sites.

Looking to repeat their successful 2030 championship run, the Beasts, led by RB Albert Davis’ 907 yards / 11 TDs and WR Robert Kilough (821yds/11TDs) face off again vs the Curds’ QB Rex Ponce (5343yds/57TDs) and WR Jon Frye’s 1189 yds/19 TDs.

It is the two teams’ 6th championship meeting since the 2024 season, and the Beasts hold the 3-2 edge in Cups. Appropriately, Chicago is favored by offshore bookies at -1.

It was a crisp 43F at Nissan Stadium In Nashville, TN for the 2031 Camp Cup. Once again, the Chicago Beasts (SlipperySlope) proved victorious over the Beaver Dam Curds (CrazySexyBeast) 33-17.

Led by a bruising defensive squad, it is the Beasts’ 5th Camp cup in 10 tries since the league’s inception in 2018. Amazingly, the Curds’ Rex Ponce was limited to 59 yards, sacked four times, and held well below his 333 yards per game in the regular season.
