Yes, I think in the past it could be done but then barriers were put in place with the 'body frame' addition.
My thinking is that the player will hit a brick wall and not get his weight down to nearly CB capable otherwise why would JDB have implemented this new twist to position changes.
However, a 7th rounder. Heck, try it and see if I'm wrong because I've never attempted to shift that much in this new world. :)
Update: I have a frame of reference. A 6'5" RB. Looks like he has leveled off at 207 pounds, therefore, SS/FS appears to be the possible landing destination.
Frame is just a reference to how far a player will deviate for his generated weight. The only part it s has to do with real frame is the original player generation . As DEs will never be generated below 6 foot or RBS never generated at 6'7. Same for there weight. I think the lowest wieght I've seen a de might have been 238#s and the max like 320-330#s. Every position could gain or lose 100 pounds at the same rate , but that's what's is random now.
It creates a frame, but a de at 256 #s is only more likely play at 191#s because he has less room to travel. But after that it's random . ..like Smirt said check and see how fast he's moving cause that trend will continue yet slow as it reaches the new positions weight .
Recently I drafted a 6 '7 TE to play rb he's already 223#s. I figured he could
get below 200#, but I think he started at like 243#s
