4 for the first 1 or 2 seasons and then a reduction to 2 or 3 would be my preference.

Agreed, as much as I love max injury in the regular season it's just annoying in the preseason.

Injury rate is switched to 10 for preseason, after that it will be around 70 (out of 200), so while it will mean that injuries are still part of the game they won’t be as severe or lengthy , hopefully.
We’ll keep an eye on this .

First preseason game: 1 doubtful 8 weeks, 1 questionable 5 weeks ;-)

Apologies , I didn’t get to set this until after game 1.
Did any of these injuries occur in game 2 ?

A setting of 10 shouldn’t have had any influence, but anyhow I’ve turned it off completely until game 1
