I’ve just pushed it back another 5 days .

Question :

How long do we give it ? How full should we make it?

I'd be fine whenever. I like sooner but wanting fuller is reasonable too.

5 days seems ok...then reassess at that point if it's close to full just wait or if it kinda stalls out let's roll..?

Pretty much the same as Pernbronze. BTW, what time are you setting gameday/spin for? I live in EU, so 21:00 EST would be ideal for me (about 01:00 my time).
