Strange Player Transactions

In MFN-16 i noticed some very strange Player Transactions.
One Team switched very good Players to a different Position, to lower their Ratings. After that, this Team realeased those Players.
The very next Game-Stage another Team acquired those Players for a very low Salary, and switched them back to their initial Positions.

Please look at those Players Tranactions:

In my opinion it is highly unlikely, that one Manager deliberately lowers the Rating of his best Players to bury them somewhere between those bad Free Agents after their release. (Plus, why would he even like to release em?)
After that , another Team-Manager knows exactly who those Players are and signs em?
The Manager with such knowledge has no competiton, like in Free-Agency.

Is this 1 Player managing at least 2 Teams in 1 League?
Are we allowed to manage several Teams in 1 League? This would make it a lot easier build a good Team.

This should not be allowed at all.

I hope JDB takes appropriate action.

Sneaky indeed, and right at the start of the playoffs too in order to stack a team for a championship run. Great catch on your part!

MFN-31
8/12: bpirate becomes owner of Chicago
8/13: bpirate trades his first round pick to DarkRogue's team
http://mfn31.myfootballnow.com/forums/1/58?page=0#72

My beloved CUST-10
8/14: DarkRogue becomes owner of Fort Worth, now Bellevue
8/14: bpirate becomes owner of Memphis
8/14: bpirate trades his next two first round picks to DarkRogue's team, in what I find to be an unbalanced trade, in favor of DarkRogue's team.
http://cust10.myfootballnow.com/forums/1/246?page=0#1099

CUST-21
8/11: bpirate becomes owner of Charlotte
8/11: bpirate trades the first overall pick to DarkRogue's team for that team's first pick et. al.
http://cust21.myfootballnow.com/forums/1/64?page=0#74
8/14: bpirate trades the first round pick he received in the previous trade back to DarkRogue's team.
http://cust21.myfootballnow.com/forums/1/66?page=0#76

Previous shenanigans between the two accounts. At this point I'm willing to publicly accuse them of collusion. Either that or bpirate is DarkRogues alt.

It's a shame because DarkRogue is a cool dude in the forums. I've never worried too much about him because all I've ever seen him done in the game was tank, so I didn't worry about the competitive balance, but this is a bit too sketchy.

I would also find it strange that a new owner would come in to 3 different leagues, within 3 days, and trade his first round picks in all 3 leagues to the same owner in each one right after joining. As a new owner, I would think 1st round picks are pretty coveted to build your new team. While I don't think the trades are horribly unbalanced (except for the one where he trades back his same #1 pick), it is still very suspect to your point.

If this game hopes to have any integrity at all, these owners will not be allowed to continue in MFN.

There is no logical reason to allow them to remain a part of this.

DarkRogue(edgemaverick469) has done this in a lot of leagues....I've complained before about the crazy trades he makes....He usually switches out draft picks from his tank team to the team he plans on keeping....Funny thing is, as much as he cheats he still doesn't win!

For me I'm cool with a guy like that staying in.....I think as long as he comes clean and own up....He should lose all his top picks for all his teams...

How can you be cool with allowing a cheat to continue. I never understand this "its ok if he owns up" mentality. If he has cheated he won't have owned up by admitting it now, he'll have been caught by other players. If someone cheats once they will do it again, its in their nature.
